In this modern day and age, terrorism is a force that is unpredictable and unstoppable, just as the mutant problem has arisen in only a few years. At Weapon X, we seek to make mutantcy not a problem, but a solution to all our problems. We seek to make a privately owned and operated mutant army, specifically designed to protect and defend the North American continent.

We understand that some mutants might be unwilling to enter such a program or unwilling to train, so that's why we bring to you the WarLock.

The 'WarLock'

The WarLock is the latest in high science and our one clear control over our mutant subjects. Injected into the base of the skull are carefully cultivated nanotech agents that subdue the subject at the point of injection and burst through their nervous system, targetting the command centers of the brain where they will build their hive. From the hive, a small supersonic signal will be sent to our satelites, then transmitted back to the base; once the nanites have secured the brain, technicians at Weapon X can control the subject's actions from anywhere on the planet (technicians are still attempting to control the subject's emotional and thought processes, but results vary).

As the nanites grow, they can enhance the subject's reflexes, strength capacity, senses and resiliency, by growing and replicating throughtout the body and taking over various functions. If the subject is damaged, the nanites can work faster to repair that damage and create a new hive, thus giving the nanites further control over the subject. Access points can be activated and maintained via a computer hub; the nanites will respond to digital network signals and can be reprogrammed after injection.

The nanites are completely self-suffienct and nearly impossible to extract completely; once a subject has been injected and controlled for a period of 24 hours, they are completely trained and controled.
