Character Name: Tsuuriki Naienko 
tsuuriki=mysterious power; naien=inner flame; ko=child (suffix) ... thus, mangled a bit, meaning 'inner flame child with mysterious power'
Naienko has been one of my own alternate names for going on years now; I'm just glad I have a character it suits. It also plays up her mental disorder, 'ko' being a mostly female suffix. I picked tsuuriki because, well, it sounds cool for one, and I was just hunting random words that seemed to fit.
Character Position: Huo, elemental fire servant of Yu-Huang; judo student(teacher?) at Kokodan Judo Center; final-year student at Chuo Preparatory
Birthdate and Age: March 30 1983; Aries sun, Scorpio moon, Sagittarius rising; makes her age 18
I wanted Naienko to have some personality-internal conflict not based in her admittedly-strange disorder - hence, a water sign for the moon sign, but fire for both sun and ascendant. ^^ I was tempted to April 1 for date, but decided it was too cheesy/cliché.

Personality: This should be the longest part of your application. If there are fewer than five paragraphs, then you don't have enough. Everyone who writes with you needs to know your character as well as you do, and this is where they learn it: we would like to see everything from how they deal with challenges to how they deal with other people to what they're like when they're alone and even more. There is no possible way to have too much information here. History: You don't need to be as specific with History as you do with Personality, but it should come close. Why is this character here in Kourakuen? What do they do? What do their parents do? Do they have siblings? Where do they live?
Part III: Soldier Information
Special Skills: A specific set of things that this character is particularly good at, both supernatural and mundane. If you're good at wine tasting, say so. If you can leap tall buildings in a single bound, say that too.
Powers: A listing and description, as in-depth as possible, of the superhuman abilities granted by this particular True Starseed. There should be two parts here: please give both a brief description of what an attack looks like and what it accomplishes. If you are Lunarian or Kinmoku, you may use anime, manga, or both for your attacks. Lunarians begin with Super forms. If you are Terran or Galactic, you get to make these up -- just make sure they're based in the proper element. If you are Elemental, not only do you get to make these up but you also get to be DAMN POWERFUL. There are only seven of you and twenty-six of them, and your leader is not a Royal but a GOD. Keep this in mind, but be careful not to go overboard. If you are Elemental, you also get a nifty freebie elemental summon -- Di has earth elementals, An has her shadow-men, and so on.
Fuku: See above, regarding physical description, and do the same
thing here. When applying for a Galactic, their senshi forms should be a
combination of a traditional Lunar Sailor and their Metal Knight
alter-egos. This means they should have
the bodice, sailor collar, and pleated skirt, but all specifics and detail
s are up to the applicant. Alter as you see fit. This goes also for the Kinmoku: halter top and blossom skirt, but do whatever else you'd like. ^^ Terrans and Elementals get to skip this part, since it doesn't matter what they're wearing in order to invoke Super Smackdown. Your symbol is pretty much set in stone: Lunarians and Elementals have their alchemical symbols, and no one else has one.
Henshin: Describe the henshin sequence. Terrans and Elementals get to skip this part too, the lucky dogs.
Part IV: Other Information
Knowledge: How familiar are you with the canon of Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon? What do you know, what have you seen, what have you researched? Considering our theme's combination of anime and manga storylines and its setting after the end of the series, this is important.
