“I \u2014 oh \u2014 what? I\u2019m just, uh, I \u2014 ” Summer blushed and looked down. “I was leaving something for one of the knights. Sir Mordred?”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

“The blushing sort of gave it away,” he teased, oblivious to Summer\u2019s thoughts. “Don\u2019t worry, I won\u2019t tell anyone. Unless you want me to, but something tells me that you don\u2019t.” Now that the threat of, well, threat was gone, Kay relaxed into his usual attitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She covered her face with her hands, feeling the colour climb up into her face again. \u201cIt\u2019s not exactly a \/secret\/,\u201d she mumbled, \u201cbut I truly don\u2019t want him to get into trouble. Kay nodded and smiled. \u201cThat\u2019s understandable, but don\u2019t forget to keep yourself out of trouble as well. Some of the others might have been more than happy to arrest you for suspicious behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
