“Of course you have all the proof. I don\u2019t keep secrets.” She leaned forward, hands folded around her knee. One hand lifted to tap her temple. “My proof is here. I may not be able to share it with anyone else, but it\u2019s still there. You just really don\u2019t like someone else being able to know about you, do you?”<\/p>\n

She smiled, but it wasn\u2019t really friendly the way the other smiles had been. \u201cI don\u2019t tell how people are feeling by looking at them, Sherlock. I don\u2019t even have to see them.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sherlock sat in silence as she spoke. It didn\u2019t matter that her question was correct. He wasn\u2019t going to let this girl get to him. He never did. It didn\u2019t matter to him that the only person that had believed him dead. All that mattered was that she wasn\u2019t getting to him. His face remained stony as she smiled at him.<\/p>\n

His brow jumped on his face as she spoke. \u201cProve it,\u201d he said with a smirk. He truly doubted that what she said was true. He\u2019d dealt with a lot in his life but this was a lie and he knew it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
