Tony shrugged one shoulder lackadaisically.\u00a0 \u201cIt hasn\u2019t really come up.\u00a0 He was trying to explain something the other day, but he was a bit sloshed, and I haven\u2019t had time to sit down for a rain check.\u201d\u00a0 He flashed Clint a brief, apologetic grin.\u00a0 \u201cThe last hawk I met was still part of SHIELD.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

“It\u2019s okay Summer, there\u2019s no way you could have known. Me and SHIELD parted ways few years ago.” He turns to Tony, not really wanting to tell him but knowing he has to if he\u2019s actually planning on staying around. “I guess it\u2019s good news for me then that he is still there. I don\u2019t have to watch over my shoulder every minute and dodge or kill the assassins they send after my ass.” The hawk manages to sound indifferent and calm but he\u2019s readying himself to escape just in case.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
