Can you \u2014 can we \u2014 warn me?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Tony, finally sensing Summer\u2019s discomfort, gently put his arm around her shoulders. \u201cOh, I-I\u2019m sorry,\u201d he frowned. He had been completely oblivious to his date. Well, it wouldn\u2019t be the first time. \u201cI\u2019m so used to it, I just didn\u2019t even think about it I guess,\u201d he shrugged and looked away into the distance. \u201cThey won\u2019t bother us in here, though.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;How can you even stand that, so much attention all focussed on you?&#8221; She sat back up, burrowing a little into his side. At least here, now, he was safe. But she was starting to wonder if maybe saying &#8216;no&#8217; had been the mistake.
