\u201cShouldn\u2019t play with your food,\u201d she teased, more muscles relaxing under his caresses. There was something, as she\u2019d noticed before, that was simply soothing about the way Victor was with her \u2014 everything seemed to fit together perfectly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cMy food\u2026\u201d he echoed softly, knowing right well that she was teasing. \u201cDon\u2019t go tempting me now darling,\u201d he joked back. Victor looked up at the screen momentarily, the big battle was coming up, signalling the end of the movie was also near and he sighed. He pulled her in closer. \u201cI have thoroughly enjoyed this evening Summer.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cMmmm, I agree entirely.\u201d She scraped the last bits of popcorn out of the bowl, then turned her face up to kiss him briefly before pressing back and turning her gaze to the screen. \u201cVictor, darling.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Victor laid there in silence as they finished the rest of the movie and when it was over he stretched, almost as a cat would, before settling back down on the couch. \u201cDid you like the movie?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWell, yes,\u201d she laughed up at him, \u201cI have seen it before.\u201d Summer rolled back, putting a hand behind Victor\u2019s head, stroking her fingers through the curling ends. \u201cBut I like to rewatch things I\u2019ve seen before.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Victor closed his eyes and hummed softly as she stroked his hair. \u201cIt is a good movie.\u201d He hummed a little louder. \u201cI love it when you do that darling.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
