\u201cAm I old enough to drink? Yes. Am I old enough to drink legally? That\u2019s an entirely different question,\u201d he grinned. \u201cPhilosophy huh?\u201d He scratched his head. \u201cSo you like to think about stuff and things like that?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI just end up thinking about a lot of things,\u201d she said, self-deprecating. \u201cHonestly, I didn\u2019t mean to, I just picked up some classes that looked interesting to fill out my schedule and then my advisor pointed out that if I took the two basic philo classes I\u2019d have a minor. I\u2019ll pick those up when they stop conflicting with my writing classes.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI\u2019m more of a science kid myself,\u201d Tony said. \u201cEngineering mostly. Biology bores the shit out of me.\u201d He laughed, scratching his head. \u201cLike who cares how cells work? As long as mine are alive and well and doing what they\u2019re supposed to be doing I don\u2019t care.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cEeeeh.\u201d Summer opened the door to the coffee shop, flicking a salute to the girl behind the counter. \u201cI like science a lot, but the math is overwhelming. I mean, okay, algebra is pretty simple, but eventually you get to a lot of rules that just aren\u2019t that intuitive, and I\u2019d \/much\/ rather work in concepts and leave the math to someone else.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI\u2019m like the exact opposite.\u201d Tony smiled. \u201cI hate concepts; I like fact. I like things to be they way they are: no ifs ands or buts.\u201d He laughed looking at the menu behind the counter. \u201cSo what\u2019s good here?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re what I needed for that fucking Intro to Physics class. Ugh. The muffins are amazing. I\u2019m having hot chocolate. SUGAR!\u201d<\/p>\n
