Thank god he was sober.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cMiddle,\u201d she said positively. \u201cNear the front, though.\u201d The seat was cold, and she wriggled a bit, trying to get comfortable in it. The attendant put the safety harness down over her, and she gripped on, rattling it, then reached for Robert\u2019s hand. \u201cHope you don\u2019t mind me shrieking!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He chuckled and got in next to her, taking her hand once the restraints were down. \u201cI\u2019d be offended if you didn\u2019t.\u201d He wasn&#8217;t going to admit he was a bit scared of heights, mainly cause of the last time he was on a roller coaster he had been on some chemicals he probably shouldn\u2019t have been. This should be alright though, everyone else would be screaming too right? The cars started to chug off. \u201cYou know, I\u2019ve never ridden this one.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Complacently, Summer told him, &#8220;New experiences are good for you. Here we go!&#8221; Slowly, slowly they crawled up the starting slope, the gears clanking and the engine grinding. A spectacular view presented itself as they crested the hill, just long enough to be appreciated, and then gravity took over and jerked them down to the first curve.
