Tony listened with half an ear as his roommate droned on about the night he had spent with his girlfriend, not really giving a fuck. Was he happy that his friend was happy? Sure. Did he want to hear about the kinky sex they had? Fuck no. Picking his head up when the land line rang, he got up from the couch, telling Tiberius to shut the fuck up, and moved over to the crimson phone.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve reached the life model decoy of Tony Stark,\u201d he began, looking at his fingernails. \u201cSpeak your name and business.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWhat?\u201d Summer laughed. \u201cTony? It\u2019s Summer.\u201d She laid sideways on her bed, earpiece over one ear, looking out at the grey, overcast day hundreds of miles south of Tony. \u201cI thought maybe if you weren\u2019t busy we could talk.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Tony picked up the pad of paper by the phone and threw it at Tiberius when he started making kissy noises. \u201cDon\u2019t you have your girlfriend to go fuck?\u201d He shot at him before turning back to the phone. \u201cMe? Busy? No, darling, I\u2019m available.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI\u2019m \/so\/ glad I have a single,\u201d she had to say, muffling giggles into the blankets. \u201cIs it still snowing up there? It\u2019s horrible here. I haven\u2019t seen the sun in a week. Everyone\u2019s wound up about exams, too; it\u2019s suffocating.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cWe finished exams yesterday,\u201d he stated, narrowing his eyes when Tiberius started making out with a pillow. \u201cI think it\u2019s illegal to kill my roommate. Can you make sure I\u2019m right about that?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
