\u201cOhhh, trying flattery now? Victor, darling,\u201d she drawled,\u00a0exaggerating\u00a0her southern accent as hard as possible, \u201cif I didn\u2019t know better I would think you only wanted to sleep with me.\u201d She had to press her lips together to keep from smiling, but the crinkles around her eyes gave her away.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He hummed and smiled at her accent, thinking it was sexy. \u201cI\u2019m a firm believer that actions speak louder than words, so I\u2019m acting.\u201d Victor noticed the crinkles around her eyes and knew she was trying to hold back her smile. He searched her face before he leaned in hesitantly then kissed her on her lips. It wasn\u2019t like his previous teasing kisses, this one was sensual yet tender. He knew she could feel his emotions and poured all of his caring, tenderness and desire that he could into the kiss.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u2018Oh, gods, he\u2019s cheating,\u2019 was all Summer could think when Victor kissed her. A kiss was glorious enough; she loved being kissed, but to also be overwhelmed by his emotions at the same time? She thought she might drown. Gently she settled her arms around his neck, returning his kiss with interest.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He hummed again in pleasure when she returned the kiss. Victor deepened the kiss, leaned against her some more then jerked in surprise as he realized he was getting more than a little aroused.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Summer blinked, sliding out of the sensual haze. \u201cVictor? You okay?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cYeah, I\u2019m fine love\u2026I-I uh, I\u2019m just a bit sensitive is all,\u201d he said, a small blush coloring his cheeks before he dipped back, cupping the back of her head and kissing the corner of her lips. \u201cI just didn\u2019t realize how excited I was.\u201d The\u00a0embarrassment at his previous reaction leaking into his voice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

“You did say I was intoxicating,” she teased. “I don’t know how you can smell all those things about me; I’m surprised your nose isn’t overloaded by chemical sakura and apricots.” Purposefully, she relinked her arms around his waist, putting her hands in his back pockets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
