You don\u2019t have to tell me different.\u201d Pulling the door open, she slid in, admiring the gadgetry of the dashboard. \u201cMmm, I could get used to this.\u201d Her eyes sparkled at Tony. \u201cI\u2019ll have to come up with a reason why you should keep me around.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He sighed, but didn\u2019t push the issue. Tony walked around to the driver\u2019s side and dropped in, sliding the key into the ignition and starting her up. He inhaled deeply, listening to the engine purr. He looked over to Summer and said, \u201cI\u2019m sure we can think of some reason to keep you around,\u201d he remarked with mock-seriousness. \u201cBecause you being incredibly nice, and refreshingly honest isn\u2019t enough.\u201d He changed gears and started the drive out of the shop and toward the driveway.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cAnthony Stark! That was a compliment! What in the world. I\u2019m all sort of flustered now.\u201d Mockingly Summer fanned her face. \u201cGoodness me, sir, I shall have to be suspicious of your motives. You are quite dangerous to a lady\u2019s sensibilities!\u201d She couldn\u2019t keep a straight face any longer and started giggling helplessly. \u201cYou know what\u2019s hilarious? You \/still\/ haven\u2019t so much as asked my name.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI\u2019m quite capable of giving compliments to those who deserve them. That\u2019s one of the things people don\u2019t seem to grasp about me. I\u2019m not a complete asshole. Maybe more like three quarters of an asshole\u2026\u201d He considered that for a moment before nodding. \u201cYeah, that sounds about right. Especially since you\u2019re right.\u00a0I haven\u2019t, have I?\u201d He asked, sheepishly. How he\u2019d managed to get that far without asking her name was beyond him. \u201cIs it too late to ask?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
