Eir gave her a bit of an odd look, having never heard the term \u2018terran\u2019 before, \u201dHe can be rather distant, but I\u2019m glad he hasn\u2019t caused you much trouble. As for your mortality, I am an expert at determining peoples\u2019 physiology as the Goddess of Healing, I am very well acquainted with differences in bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It’s a little more complex than that. I can feel others’ feelings, if I choose, and project feelings. But, um, foreign feelings build up in me. Like a … toxin. If I don’t purge them somehow, I have really strong muscle spasms. But, it turns out, I can use the emotions, mine or other peoples’, to fuel fire. Called fire. It’s weirdly specific.
