He shook his head and smiled. “Summer, I want you so bad it hurts. I just don’t have any condoms…” He bit his lip as he looked at her. God she was beautiful… “It’s up to you, though…if you want to risk it…”
Instinct revolted at that. “If it was only maybe getting pregnant I wouldn’t worry,” she whispered. Embarrassment turned her face red, and she could not look at him. “But there are other things … I know I’m not the only girl you’ve been with. I can’t … I just … I can’t, Robert.”
“Not just girls,” he muttered as a joke, but sighed, seeing it fall on deaf ears. “Hey, I’d never risk getting you sick. If I had anything I wouldn’t let you touch me without protection.” He reached down to turn her face so he could look at her. “Summer…Like I said, it’s up to you. I really like you, you know…” He smiled, his own face burning red. He wasn’t used to being so frank. “I’d never do anything to hurt you, or put you in danger; and it’s alright if you say no.”
She flopped flat on the bed again, blowing a sigh out. “You’re gonna be mad at me for this,” she muttered. “Why? Why me? No, the hell with that.” She sat up, grabbed his shoulders and pushed him down to the bed. “I’m trusting you,” Summer told him, and then kissed him hard so he couldn’t reply.
He wrapped his arms around her. He was hesitant still; he didn’t know if she knew what she was doing. But, well, hormones took over. He pulled her close against him and gripped her ass. He broke from the kiss just long enough to speak. “I won’t let you down, Summer.” He bucked up against her, growling quietly as he leaned up to bite at her neck, testing how hard she’d like it.
It was a halfhearted ‘ow,’ at best, distracted as she was by the way their bodies pressed together. “Robert,” she muttered, softly. One hand traced at his chest, a little shyly seeking his nipples. Hazily, she told him, “Don’t like pain.”
