“Oh yeah?” Unhooking her keys from her belt loop, she flicked them over her fingers, fishing out the car key. “Prove it.” Just an idle challenge, really. Boys always feel like they have to prove something.
Isaac raised an eyebrow and looked around for a moment. He walked over to her car. He braced himself before channeling his strength and managing to lift the whole vehicle up off the ground, eyes glowing golden. He looked back at her before setting it down as gently as he could manage.
“Hey, hey! Okay! Put my girl back down! She’s old, she can’t take that kind of treatment, what the hell.”
