She poked him in the side, laughing up at him. “What did I just say? Yes, Isaac, yes.” She slipped around him, so he blocked her from the water, and nudged him back so the water spilled over his shoulders. “But you still have to go home tonight.”

Squeaking as she prodded him in his ribs, he swooped to kiss her on the lips and then leaned back against the tiled wall, eyeing her fondly. “Do I have to?” He hummed with the faintest traces of disappointment, knowing that he’d end up doing it anyway.

“The people you’re living with will worry,” she pointed out. She picked up the body wash and poured some into her hands. “I’m not into sneaking around.” She stroked her hands, filmy with bubbles, down his arms, smiling mischievously.
