i could literally talk for hours about why tony stark would never build ultron, but i will boil it down to a shortlist

  1. he didnt let anyone else use the iron man suits (barring rhodey but rhodey is an exception to everything (actually WHILE IM ON THAT TOPIC, EVEN THAT BIT HIM IN THE ASS EVENTUALLY SOOOO)) so why would he build an autonomous army of killer robots?? why???
  2. let’s just go back to that and emphasize the KILLER in KILLER ROBOTS. aLL OF IRON MAN 1 WAS TONY REALIZING HE BUILT WEAPONS THAT MURDERED A BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND SWEARING NOT TO LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN (AND THEN HE ACTUALLY DID IT)??? JOSS WHY
