“Geek,” she said quietly and succinctly. She got up and crossed over to the media center, running her fingers over the bluray cases, fingertips catching on a few of them. “You don’t have any other preferences?”
“And that’s a bad thing because…?” He gestured for her to continue, his eyes lifting to follow her across the room, a small frown adorning his face. “I don’t get it, Summer. I like all those things too, I just don’t really get Shakespeare, that’s all.” He stood up then and padded across the room to join her. “What’s your favourite one out of all those ones you just told me?”
Summer said uncomfortably, “I’m used to being picked on for my Tolkien obsession.” Her heart jumped when he leaned over her, and she wouldn’t let herself look at him. “They’re all my favourites, that’s why I brought them.” Her hand hovered over Labyrinth, then Pacific Rim. “This one?”
