Vex let out a choked sound, not sure how to really respond to Summer’s words. They weren’t close, barely knew each other, and who in their right bloody mind would trust somebody in that regard when they’d only just met? Snickering slightly, he purred the words, “Never woulda expected to ‘ear that from a pretty thing like you.”
Summer held herself into an arch, arms pulled back in his grip but body still pressed as close to him as possible. Whatever that flicker of fear was, she’d watch out for him. Not against him, but over him. Guarding him. And her own flicker of thought was more a helpless plea of, ‘Oh, not again. I can’t, again, so soon … ‘“Are you trying to tame me again, Vex?” she purred. “Hairpulling doesn’t work, so now you’re going to just hold me down?”
The Mesmer could only smirk as he looked at Summer, his dark brown eyes flickering through various emotions – sometimes playful, other times, violent. It all depended on what thought, what idea, had decided to cross his mind at that given second. Her words made him smirk as he pressed another, mildly rougher kiss to her lips and said, “I just may be, though this would be a good time to tell me our boundaries ‘ere..” His eyes shifted to contemplative, tilting his head to the side slightly.
“No watersports,” she said immediately. “And you don’t use my hair as a leash. No blades, either. That’s it.” Summer hitched up her feet around his waist and pulled, trying to topple him to the bed. “Tell me what you want from me, then.”
