I hate that I have to stay out of the Daniel Sharman tag right now because every other post is someone bitching about how he’s playing Kol Mikaelson instead of the other guy (Nate something)
Okay, I’m new to this show. These shows. I watched the first season of Vampire Diaries and it was okay. But hey, the internet is full of wikis, so I went and looked some things up. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure Kol is dead. Not just vampire dead, but like whole body dead. Like can only be met on the Other Side dead.
So, uh, how is he supposed to come back and interact with the world in New Orleans in his original (pardon the pun) body? Neither of the other two are, Esther and Finn. They’re both possessing other people (new actors). That was the whole finale of the first season of the Originals, right? Esther possessing a witch.
Is there some part of the show canon that explains how in order to come back Esther has to possess someone else, but Kol gets to come back in his original body? This seems to be what people want, and I don’t — in-canon, it does not work.
