Isaac barked out a laugh. “Trust me, I’m stronger than I look.”
“Oh yeah?” Unhooking her keys from her belt loop, she flicked them over her fingers, fishing out the car key. “Prove it.” Just an idle challenge, really. Boys always feel like they have to prove something.
“My name is Summer. And right now, I need … an errand boy. And a bodyguard, but I don’t think I’m going to put that on you.”
