“You just don’t like to talk about yourself, do you?” Summer grinned. “Okay then, ask me anything you like.”
“I do, really, I’m just at a loss of words at the moment, I’m not very much sure why, to be honest..” He said, nodding to his words. “Um, where are you from, Summer?”
“Well, at the moment, I live in the Big Apple. It’s not really by choice, you understand; I’m not a city girl. I come from the South, from North Carolina. You? I hear your accent.”
“Oh, well, I currently live in California..only in the City because of filming reasons.” Tom nodded, “I’m from Britain.” He clarified, smiling that she had picked up his accent.
“I do think I had rather figured that out,” she drawled, thickening her own slight accent on purpose. “Ask me something else!”
“You just don’t like to talk about yourself, do you?” Summer grinned. “Okay then, ask me anything you like.”

“Well, tell me about what you’ve been doing recently. Start there.” An actor who didn’t like to talk about anything and everything? Or maybe this one was just so used to having people fall at his feet (he /was/ unreasonably good-looking) he wasn’t used to having to do any work at all.
“Besides acting on set, well I really haven’t been much to do anything. Um, I can’t really take a vacation because of it..usually coming to stay at home to read or have visitors over.” He smiled lightly, still wondering why she had decided to sit on his feet. “Are you alright down there? Um, I can get you a chair, if you’d like..” Tom said, a concerned voice from his throat.
“Sweetie, I like it down here. Good grief, does it really bother you that much?” Summer frowned up his six foot height. “Anyway, I meant, tell me about what acting work you’ve been doing lately. Or … ” She waggled her eyebrows in an amusing, pseudo-lascivious manner, “tell me how much free time you have lately. And what you’d /like/ to be doing with it.”
“No, I was just wondering..” Tom shook his head, not necessarily minding it, it was just a bit unaccustomed. He chuckled, listening to what she said, nodding. “Well, details are kind of classified, if you understand..” he laughed, seeing that he couldn’t tell much of the plot of the up coming films. “As in ‘free time’, I come by to have..some, not much of a lot.” He said apologetically.
“You just don’t like to talk about yourself, do you?” Summer grinned. “Okay then, ask me anything you like.”

Glancing around, she sat down on the ground, practically on top of his feet, and wrapped her arms around her knees. “Why don’t we start by you telling me alllll about you?”
Tom blinked as he looked down, seeing her a his feet. “Well, I’m an actor that’s first off..played in rather different movies.” He shrugged, seeing if that would come to enough; he knew obviously it wouldn’t. “Something specific?” He asked.
“Oh, an actor! Movies, not theatre … Is this is that you want me to guess who you are?” Both eyebrows went up, followed by a grin. “I think I might need a little more information, since I didn’t get it right off. Or maybe you’d rather I didn’t know, so you can just be you?”
“Well, you gotta come to give me something to say first!” Tom said with a small smile still on his lips. “I really don’t know what to say..” He admitted.

She gave a shrug. “Bored. That’s my default state. Bored and looking for trouble.”
Tom smiled, nodding his head as if taking it to note. “I see, well, what kind of trouble are you looking for?” He laughed lightly.
“Now /that/ is a dangerous question,” Summer said slyly, dragging the tail of hair over her shoulders and starting to comb her fingers through it. “And the answer is, I don’t really know yet.”
Tom shrugged, “Only a bit of curiosity..” He replied, although the thought of ‘curiosity killed the cat’ stuck in the back of his mind. “Well, I guess we are both at a similar predicament, although my intention isn’t much of looking for trouble..”
“Poor baby, are you bored too? Shall I sit here and amuse you, then?” The light in her green eyes was full of mischief.
Tom rolled his eyes playfully and laughed, “I wouldn’t know what you mean by that, Summer..”
