“Come to Coney Island with me. I want to play, and I hate going alone.” Removing one box from the bag, she deposited it on the desk just out of his easy reach. “I’ll fix it with Pepper later.”
It sounded fun. A lot of fun. “I can’t.” Tony said, frowning. “I want to, I really do, but I have to work.” It sounded like a good plan though, one he yearned to do. “Are you sure you can fix with Pepper?”
“Ninety-nine percent sure. Especially since I bet I can help you with about half of it. Come on, you’ve been being responsible for over a week now, right? Time for a break.” She held out a hand, coaxing. “All work and no play makes Tony a dull bo~oy.”
