He gently kneels down and shakes her arm. “Summer? You’re gonna get cold out here.” He speaks softly.
“I feel so strange, though … ” Summer shivers, eyes falling in and out of focus. The world feels like it’s drifting in a slow circle around her. Her fingers dig into Arthur’s arms, trying to steady herself.Arthur began to lead Summer toward her chambers, unsure as to why she was acting in such an odd manner. He felt her hands digging into his arms and he gently took them off, holding her hands. “Summer, it’ll be okay.”
“I’m falling,” she says wildly. “I’m falling, why am I falling?” She clings to his hands, eyes widening, latching onto his face. “Arthur, no, you can’t be here … “
Then she faints.
Arthur was concerned and confused, catching her quickly before she fell to the ground. Carrying her, he made it to her room, he walked inside and placed her on the bed.
“This makes no sense… falling?”
The faint doesn’t last long, and Summer soon opens her green eyes to fall on Arthur’s face. The world still feels like it’s moving under her feet, even though she’s lying down. “Sorry,” she says softly. “I don’t mean to be such trouble.”
