“I don’t recall Flynn Rider being all that good with a sword either.” She contemplated him, mouth twisted to one side. “We will substitute claws for sword,” she decided. “You will help me rescue myself, brave hero.”
“He was kind of good with a horse though?” he stated with a crooked smile, trying to recall the only time he’d seen the movie during a ‘pack bonding’ situation and it had been Lydia’s turn to choose the film. He grinned and fake clawed at the air, adding a little growl to the effect. “I can try, although I don’t know what I’m supposed to do while you’re rescuing yourself.”
“You are supposed to guard my back.” Her nod was firm and determined. “Are we going to have to watch the movie again?” Picking up her braid, she draped it around his neck. “See, I have caught you with my hair.”
