- ❤ – voice
Summer’s speaking voice is fairly low, for a woman. Despite her somewhat petite appearance, her natural tone is alto, not soprano, though as she gets drunk or exhausted the pitch will creep up. Certain intense emotions will also cause an increase in pitch. She has incredible emotional flexibility with her voice, and it’s quite easy to tell what she’s feeling just by listening to her tone. Be wary of when her voice seems to carry no emotions — that means she’s been hurt emotionally quite badly, and is imposing a massive amount of control over herself, something she doesn’t do normally.
- ♫ – singing voice
Summer is a pretty good singer. She will never be a professional musician (in part due to the fact that she can’t read music), but she can carry a tune in a bucket handily and actually has a pretty large range, from low alto to mid-soprano. Just don’t ask her to do octave or greater jumps; she will squeak and it will sound awful. She quite likes to sing to whatever music happens to be playing.
