She gets up on her knees and puts her arms around his shoulders. “I should think being round the Sarrum would put anyone in a fierce mood.” She shivers a little, then steals a kiss.
He smiled, wrapping his arms around her waist. “I spent most of the time hoping he wouldn’t notice me or remember who I was, to be honest.”
