“Aaaah, cheater!” She ripped the fire back out of the fireball after it dropped past him, unwilling to put in the effort to make it home on him. “That’s a valid point. Not that, you know, we’re having a lot of weather today. You could ask Thor for help with that.” She hovered at the lower altitude for a moment. “Are you pushing the height limit today?”
“I don’t need weather for altitude testing, though I might just ask him about that next time I see him,” he replied. Still, he didn’t attempt to break any height records or leave the atmosphere. “S’pose I could test wind resistance, though.” He sounded impish as he said it, right before he plummeted straight down, repulsors going dark.
“Son of a FUCK!” she shrieked, high enough that the com warped the sound. “You pull out of that right now, I’m going to murder you, I’m gonna fuckin’ squash you, I will light your ass on fire Tony fucking Stark if you do not pull out of that right the fuck now! JARVIS I TOLD YOU SO STOP HIM!”
