He pokes out his tongue, licking her finger as a joke before he smiles. “Of course, my dear.”
“I have rules about tongues, darling,” she says, and shakes the finger at him. “Other peoples’ tongues. If you are going to stick it at me you must do something useful with it. Licking is not useful.”
