The demon’s trap vanished in an instant. Summer crouched, slowly, holding out a hand as to a feral cat. “Tony?” Ah, god, the shadows in his eyes cut like knives. “Tony, you’re safe now.” Gentle fingers brushed at the blood and water on his face, so like her own loved Tony. The lines etched in were different, a few scars and marks altered, but it was achingly close, and she wanted to draw him close.

Tony smacked her hand away with his right hand, his gloved left hand held protectively to his chest.  He lurched to his feet and stumbled back a few steps before straightening to…nearly his full height, shoulders still hunched with exhaustion.  He scrubbed his sleeve over his face and then plunged his hand into his pocket to pull out Anthony’s knife, which he flicked open only a bit less deftly than the demon.  “I wasn’t in trouble, you psychotic bitch!” he gritted out, knife held in a white knuckled grip as he pointed it at her, as if warding her off.

Startlement overset her into the ground. She stared upward, eyes fixed on the knife. “You don’t want to do that, Tony. Put the knife down.” Purposely, she stayed down, letting him tower over her. “You’ve been possessed by a demon. It’s gone now. You’re free.”

Summer ducked her head, smiling a smile of perfect happiness, before letting his hand go and bending to dinner. After a little bit, she looked back up at Tony. “Thank you for dinner, too. For a first date, this is … I just … thank you.” A gleam of mischief entered her gaze again. “Did you have anything else planned for tonight? There are a few things I can think of to do … ”

His grin returned.  “I figured I had to make a good impression.”  The expression turned into something playfully mischievous again, still playing at innocent.  “There might be another little thing,” he replied.  “But you can’t have that until after dinner,” he added with mock sternness, and resumed eating.

“So I should hurry?” she laughed, putting a cranberry in her mouth. “It’s too good to hurry, though … ” She closed her eyes for a long moment, focusing all her attention on the taste. “Just a hint?” Summer peeked, opening one eye at Tony.

“I want Tony.” She ignored his insult; everything he said was true, and she did know it. He’d answered her question well enough. “It’s really that simple. You don’t belong here. Even if he’s not /my/ Tony, there are people who love him, and miss him.” Summer straightened her shoulders. With a quick motion, she hurled a mason jarful of holy water full in his face. “Go home, and leave us be.”

Demony had been about to reply, and he couldn’t quite get his mouth shut in time, unfortunately.  He reared back with an inhuman scream, the floor lurching once and lights shattering, but he came up short at the fire, and then stumbled forward a step.  He doubled over and retched, spitting up a mouthful of bloody water.  Somewhere a dog howled, before the noise cut off abruptly—keep working you fetid mutt—and left Demony staring blankly at Summer, blood running from his nose and down his chin.  And then he sort of…folded, slumping to his knees in an almost gentle manner, like a puppet with the strings cut.

He laughed, then; a strange, strained titter of a laugh, before he crooned, “Shhhhh.  Just sit tight.”  His head fell back and his chin dropped, and the smoke spilled out, fleeing through the patches where the water had broken the circle.

Tony pitched forward and caught himself on his elbows.  He took a moment to just breathe, panting harshly, before he slowly pushed himself back up to his knees, eyes wide as he stared at Summer.

Valentine’s Day

iamvictor-roth:

Mindlessly, Summer wailed, thrusting her hips up. Even she hadn’t realised how much dirty talk in a foreign tongue would excite her. Broken pleading spilled from her mouth, tangled with moans and flailing hands.

Victor took her broken pleading as encouragement and flicked his tongue faster, adding two fingers right away. If he had known how she would react to him talking dirty to her in French, he would have done it ages ago. The pace he set was harsh and teasing then harsh again.

She thrust in rhythm with his fingers, crying out incoherently. For long minutes she hung poised on the edge, ecstasy sliding along every nerve, hands clinging to anything within reach, until she shouted his name, climax locking every muscle.

Tony/Summer! <3

  • big spoon/little spoon: Summer is most often the little spoon, because she sleeps much better when Tony’s warmth is at her back
  • favorite non-sexual activity: most frequent activity is studying, but favourite is playing video games or watching movies
  • who uses all the hot water: Summer does, because she revels in long, hot baths
  • most trivial thing they fight over: their self-descriptions. He says he’s irresistible; she says she’s not lovable
  • who does most of the cleaning: she does, because she’s more compulsively tidy than he is. But her books are everywhere.
  • what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue: they don’t do netflix; Tony just buys the movies. But they save mythbusters, dark matters, castle, justified.
  • who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: She does. But it’s his name that has the clout to get things done.
  • who steals the blankets: Summer does. She gets chilled easily.
  • who leaves their stuff around: They both do. Hers gets tidied away more often, though.
  • who remembers to buy the milk: She does.
  • who remembers anniversaries: She does, but rarely makes a big deal out of it. It gets mentioned, and that’s about it.
  • who cooks normally?: They share it.
  • how often do they fight?: They disagree a lot, sniping, bantering, sharpening tongues on each other. But deep emotional fights are rare.
  • what do they do when they’re away from each other?: classes, study.
  • nicknames for each other?: She calls him Tonybaby, Mr Irresistible, geekboy. He calls her sweetness, princess, nerdgirl.
  • who is more likely to pay for dinner?: He is. He may hate his father, and earned scholarships for school, but his allowance is still greater than hers.
  • who steals the covers at night?: She does.
  • what would they get each other for gifts?: He buys her books, sweets, movies. She finds him curious or interesting mechanical or electrical toys.
  • who kissed who first?: He did.
  • who made the first move?: Hard to say.
  • who remembers things?: They both do; it depends on what it is as to who remembers it first
  • who started the relationship?: He kissed her, but she asked him out (because he dared her to)
  • who cusses more?: this is SO a tie. She’s more creative, though.
  • what would they do if the other one was hurt?: He would flip out a lot; she would fall into that non-emotional problem-solving mode, /then/ flip out.

Tony was ready to send out a retort when Summer’s mouth pressed against his. He kissed her deeply, wrapping his arms around her. His arms ran down her bare back and his hands cupped her ass. He pulled out of the kiss. “Yeah you’re a fucking tease,” he smirked. “And I think my friend in my boxers would agree,” he winked.

Haltingly, she said, “Do you have … protection?” Gods, she wanted him. There had been reasons to wait, but she couldn’t bring them to mind right now. Tony was so cute, and so willing, and so terribly sexy, and she was damn tired of always saying ‘no’. She pressed her hips down in search of some friction, anything.

“Wallet,” Tony said, pointing to his jeans. “Left back pocket,” he instructed as Summer leaned off of him to grab the condom. While she was up he slowly slid off his boxers and tossed them at Summer with a smirk.

One quick hand flashed up and batted the fabric aside, even as she tossed the foil-wrapped package at him. Her hair swirled around her hips as she moved, climbing back on to the couch to settle next to Tony. A little fear informed the rate of her pulse — not of what she was going to do, but of what it would be like. Would he be disappointed in her? She bent her head, kissing his shoulder, watching his clever hands.

Summer sat slumped in Brown’s, turning her glass under her hand idly, still half-full of ice and Bailey’s. There had been no response to her last text from Tony; she wasn’t sure she even wanted one.
